Our Little Story
Opened since 2023, the Val-Mo Pub Gourmand is the little brother of the renowned Le Saint-Sau Pub Gourmand in Saint-Sauveur. Imagined by the well-known entrepreneur and restaurateur Hugues Néron, behind the success of Shawbridge, it offers an experience where local flavors, friendliness, and refinement meet at the heart of the Val-Morin Golf Club.
